One Delivery Per Shop
Each order includes one delivery per shop. Additional stores will be invoiced as separate deliveries.
Returns & Redeliveries
If a product needs to be returned, a new delivery fee will apply for the collection and return trip.
Upfront Payments Only
All delivery fees must be paid in full upfront before any order is dispatched or collected.
Orders Placed Directly With Suppliers
When ordering directly from a supplier, the delivery fee must be paid upfront before NeighbourGo collects your items.

NeighbourGo is not liable for any product damages. Customers must ensure items are properly packaged by the store or supplier before collection.
